How long does it take to make and ship?
- All purchases are made to order. From purchase date to receiving the product(s), the process can take two to four weeks. Occasionally, there will be items in my collection that I felt inspired to create that have a shorter processing times-- these items can be found in 'Ready to Personalize' and 'Ready to Ship'.

How do I care for my tumbler?
- Hand wash ONLY! Wash with warm water and mild soap. Allow to air dry. Do not soak in water. Not safe for microwaves or dishwashers. 

What is 'Ready to Design'?
- 'Ready to Design' is a collection that allows you to design your own cup. First you select your size, then you choose your design. Design options can be seen in the Design Gallery

What is the difference between 'Ready to Personalize' and 'Ready to Ship'?
- 'Ready to Personalize' are cups that I have designed with creative freedom and do not have their final epoxy layer. If you'd like, these cups can have any personalization added to them before the final touches. They will take a week or less to ship. 'Ready to Ship' are cups that I have created with their final epoxy layer and can be shipped in one business day after being ordered. Both types are made because I am either trying new techniques or new materials or just in a really inspired mood!

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
- Because almost all of my work is customized/personalized, items are non refundable/exchangeable. Your satisfaction as a customer is extremely important to me and if your cup happens to have any imperfections or damages from shipping, I will be able to fix it for you. Please contact me within the first 48 hours of receiving the cup via email at GPScrafts@gmail.com with photos so we can start the process to correct the damages. 
**For non-personalized items from the Ready to Ship collection, an exchange for a similar priced item or store credit can be made. The cup cannot have been washed or used.

Can I put my personal logo or photo on a cup?
- Yes! Once you have placed your order, annotate in the notes section that you want to add your logo or photo. Please make sure that you add the "Additional side" to your cart for $5. Once you have received your confirmation email, send an email to GPScrafts@gmail.com with the order number and logo or photo attached in one of the following formats: .png, .jpeg, .jpg, etc.

Can I place a group order?
- Yes! If you order a set of seven or more of the same cup and design, you will receive a 10% discount. This includes personalization of each cup as well.

Can I make a cutom order beyond what is listed on the website?
- Absolutely. Custom orders start at $55 and up. Please email GPScrafts@gmail.com to inquire.
